Your Fancard PIN, or personal identification number, is not set until you activate your card.
If you happen to forget your PIN, don’t worry, you can reset it!
You will need to know your 4-digit PIN when withdrawing cash. Your PIN is set at the time of card activation.
Your PIN may be locked if there are three (3) incorrect PIN entry attempts with your Fancard Account. If your PIN is locked, you must wait 24 hours or call customer service to unlock your PIN. Your PIN cannot be unlocked by resetting the PIN.
