Your direct deposit will be available in your Fancards account as soon as your payroll provider or payment solution processes the funds.
When your direct deposit is available, you will receive a text alert if you have signed up for alerts in your account home.
If you do not see a direct deposit that was supposed to come through, please double check all of your direct deposit information, then contact our customer support team at 1.833.432.6366.
