Here's how to troubleshoot receiving your Fancard Mastercard e-Gift Card
If you haven't received your e-Gift Card in your email inbox yet, here are a couple of things to check.
First, make sure the order has processed and has been confirmed "SENT." You will receive an email when the e-gift card is sent to the email address you entered.
NOTE: When sending to a Gmail account, an e-Gift Card may be delivered to the "Promotions" section of the recipient's inbox.
If the e-Gift Card has been confirmed to have been sent to the recipient, make sure the recipient checks their spam or junk folders, as well as the aforementioned "Promotions" portion of their email inbox, just in case.
If you still cannot find an e-Gift Card that has been confirmed sent, please wait a few more minutes, then email our support team at email@example.com, including your order details and the e-gift card that was purchased. We will then get with our team in order to locate your purchase.
