Typically this happens when there is an unfamiliar or uncharacteristic purchase.
Our fraud detection system will sometimes lock or restrict a Fancard if it thinks there has been a fraudulent purchase.
If you see multiple unfamiliar purchases, simply use the "Fancard Freeze" by flipping the ON/OFF switch in your Fancards App to OFF. Automatically, your card(s) will be disabled to prevent unauthorized usage. Simply flip the switch back to ON when everything is cleared or back to normal, and your card can be used immediately.
