We have implemented the "Fancard Freeze"If you cannot locate your primary card or registered sub-card, simply login to your Fancards Mobile App or your account online, and flip the ON/OFF switch to OFF. Automatically, your card(s) will be disabled to prevent unauthorized usage. If you find it again, simply flip the switch back to ON, and your card can be used immediately.
