Log into your online dashboard, and simply click "Change PIN" in the Account section
Your Fancard PIN, or personal identification number, is not set until you activate your card.
If you happen to forget your PIN, don’t worry, you can reset it!
If you feel more comfortable having us do it, change your PIN by calling 1-833-432-6366 and using the automated system or speaking to a real life representative.
Please note that if you enter your PIN incorrectly too many times, due to our care for your security and safety, it may lock you out. This lock is temporary and will reset within 24 hours. You cannot unlock your PIN by resetting it.
